How to get a low calorie fruit ninja
A fruit ninja in a fruit shop in Israel says it’s not just fruit that is unhealthy.
It’s also sugar, he said, adding that even his fruit is unhealthy because it contains more sugar than the real thing.
The fruit ninja said that most of the fruits sold in his shop are not as low calorie as the ones you see on supermarket shelves.
They contain too much sugar, and they have too much salt, and so on, he told Haaretz.
It is not just a fruit that has too much fat, he added, adding: If you want to eat healthy, you should eat fruits with less fat, and fruits with fewer calories.
The fruits are sold by the kilogram (kg) or kilogram per kilogram.
A kilogram of fruit is equal to 1,000 grams, or about the weight of about a cup of coffee.
According to the USDA, an average adult needs about 2,500 calories per day to maintain a healthy weight.
A kilogram is roughly equivalent to about two eggs.
According the fruit ninja’s math, an entire fruit can contain more than 2,000 calories.
He added that the average American consumes between 3,000 and 5,000 kilocalories per day.
He said that fruit has the same health benefits as other fruits.
