One of the hardest fruits to get right is the durian, a small tree native to South East Asia.
It is usually eaten raw or cooked, but the flesh is also sometimes used to make a popular fruit sauce.
One of my favorite ways to make durian sauce is with orange juice.
But how to make orange juice without the orange juice?
The answer is the same as the durians recipe: you can use frozen orange juice, or even make it yourself.
There are plenty of ways to do this, but here are some ideas for easy orange juice recipes.
(Make sure to check out the list of orange juice and vinegar recipes on the four-four blog, too.)
