When you want to get a little more energy from your morning smoothie, the citrus fruits are a great option.
But if you’re feeling a little fizzy, take a look at the orange and lime fruit, as well as the acai fruit.
The citrus fruits contain caffeine, the juice of which has been shown to help improve blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol levels, and is a major source of vitamin A, B-complex vitamins and protein for athletes.
But don’t just take this to mean that the citrus fruit has a lot of health benefits, and not all citrus fruits provide the same health benefits.
