Here’s everything you need to know to make this Dragonfruit salad.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or coconut oil) 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons ginger powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill 1/5 cup chopped rosemary 1 cup chopped parsley 1/6 cup chopped basil 1/7 cup chopped walnuts, chopped Directions: In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayena-pepper, sea salt, dried oregono, and dried basil.
Add the dill and rosemary and whisk to combine.
Add all of your other ingredients to the bowl, including the walnuts and basil, and mix to combine well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the walnut, rosemary, parsley, and basil.
Taste and adjust the salt to taste.
Taste your salad and add more salt or oil if needed.
Taste again and add any extra seasoning you want to season the salad with.
Note: This recipe makes about 16 servings.
To make the Dragonfruit Salsa, simply pour the salad in a bowl and add a few sprigs of rosemary.
You can add extra rosemary to the salad if you like.
