If you’re looking for a simple way to make your own mango fruit cake, you’re in luck.
This post will show you how to make a banana cake using coconut sugar, which can be a really tasty and easy way to add a splash of tropical flavour to your favourite cakes.

What you’ll need: 1.
Coconut sugar 1 banana, ripe and sliced into wedges (1) A banana peel (1/2) A cup of coconut milk (1 cup) A can of coconut cream (1 tsp) A little bit of coconut oil (1 tbsp) A tiny bit of honey (1-2 tbsp) How to make:1.
Cut a banana into wedging-shaped slices (2) Peel the banana and place it in a bowl of cold water (3) Add the peel and the banana to a blender (4) Blend until the banana is smooth (5) Add in the coconut milk and blend until the coconut is smooth too (6) Add your coconut cream and honey (7) Blend to blend the ingredients together (8) Spoon the coconut mixture into your cake (9) Enjoy!
