Ingredients 1 cup of diced apples 1 large ripe plum 1 banana, peeled and diced 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced 2 cloves garlic, peeled 2 large lemons 1/4 cup grapefruit juice 1/2 cup pomegar water, divided 1/3 cup honey 1/8 cup chopped pecans, dried (or more to taste) 1/5 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional) 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, or more to make this cocktail tree fruit salad (or juice) 1 tsp cinnamon (optional), or to taste Directions Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Garnish with a small sprinkle of chopped pecan or mint, or add more to your taste if you prefer a different taste.

If you want to make the cocktail tree version of this salad, add more fruit to the blender if you want a more tart, citrusy flavor.

Add a little more apple cider or cider-based juice if you like more acidity.
