How to Make a Bowl of Fruit Water at Home!
Low Carb Fruit Water is one of my favorite low carb fruit and veggie smoothies to make, and it’s easy to make.
I love to make it as a dessert, too, and the texture and taste are great!
This low carb, fruit-filled bowl of fruit water is really good for you!
If you’re not a fan of fruits, this bowl of Fruit water is a great option for you.
You can also add some dried fruits to make a fruit salad.
To make the fruit water, combine 3 cups of fruit juice with 1 cup of water, and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Once it’s cooled, strain out the fruit juice and put it into a blender.
Blend until it has a thick consistency, and store in the fridge.
If the fruit is really hard to remove, you can use a mandolin to gently remove it.
I usually use this to remove the fruit from the bowl of fruits.
You could also try putting the fruit in a bowl of ice cream or ice cream sauce.
I love to use the ice cream for my fruit smoothies.
You might also like to add a dash of salt to the fruit, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
The fruit smoothie can also be frozen and reheated.
You could also make your own fruit water by adding fruit chunks to your own yogurt.
It can be served with a salad or with whipped cream.
I always enjoy fruit juice, so I often add it to salads and smoothies!
