Strawberries and bananas are one of my favourite fruits, so I am sure you know that they are an easy way to add a bit of sweetness to a smoothie or to a dessert.
You can also use them as a filling for a smoothies, and even to make fruit pancakes and other dishes that don’t require a lot of water.
To make a smoothy or fruit pizza, add strawberries to a blender and blend them until they form a powdery mass.
Pour the strawberry mixture into a small bowl and set aside.
In a blender or food processor, blend the remaining strawberries until they become a smooth, creamy mass.
This process is important as the strawberries will be easier to digest and absorb if they have been blended into the smoothie.
Add the banana to the blender and process until it becomes a powder that becomes slightly yellow.
Add a little of the yellow to each smoothie and stir until the smoothy is smooth.
Serve this with a banana slice or banana ice cream and enjoy!
